Any refund consideration will be evaluated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Due to the creative nature of design services, no refunds will be issued for:

- Animation services
Once design concepts or creative work have been delivered, payments become non-refundable.

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are strictly non-refundable.

Any funds spent on advertising platforms cannot be recovered by Design Junction Studio.
9. Domain Registration and Hosting Services
Payments made for:

- Web hosting
- SSL certificates
- Third-party subscriptions
- Software licenses
are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
These services are subject to the policies of their respective providers.
10. Monthly Retainer Services
Clients on monthly service agreements may cancel future services by providing written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.

- Ongoing monthly service periods already commenced

Services will continue until the conclusion of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
