Creating fake, forged or misleading tickets, hotel or Umrah vouchers, confirmations or invoices is strictly forbidden and may violate PECA 2016 and the Pakistan Penal Code.
Each user is solely responsible for the documents they generate. We log acceptance and activity, and may suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities in cases of misuse.

Swiftix helps legitimate travel businesses convert genuine supplier documents into branded vouchers and e-tickets for their own bona fide customers. It must not be used for any other purpose.
You must not use Swiftix to: (a) create, alter or issue any false, forged or fabricated document, or any document that misrepresents a real booking, ticket, payment or itinerary — including fake or “dummy” hotel, flight or Umrah documents; (b) deceive or defraud any customer, airline, hotel, supplier, bank, embassy or immigration authority, including to obtain visas, refunds or emigration by deception; (c) process any document you do not have the lawful right to use; or (d) breach any law of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, the Pakistan Penal Code 1860 (forgery, using forged documents, cheating), the Emigration Ordinance 1979, and applicable consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering and data-protection laws.
You are solely responsible for every document you upload and every voucher or ticket you generate. You warrant that each document relates to a real, confirmed booking, that you are authorised to process it, and that its use breaks no law or third-party right. Automated/AI extraction may contain errors — you must verify every generated document before use.
You must keep your credentials, 2FA details and API keys confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
We process account data, uploaded documents and generated files to provide the service, including via third-party AI providers for document reading. We may record your acceptance of these terms (with date, time and IP) and keep activity logs to investigate misuse.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, and — where lawfully required or where we suspect an offence — may preserve and disclose relevant records to the authorities in Pakistan.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any document you generate. You agree to indemnify Swiftix and its operator against claims, penalties and losses arising from your use, your documents, or your breach of these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
